Controls

Keyboard

• Move — WASD or arrow keys
• Fire — Space
• Rotate turret — Z and X
• Modules — keys 1 and 2
• Zoom in and out — Q and E
• Scoreboard — Tab

Phone and tablet

On a touch screen you get a joystick: the left zone drives the tank, the button on the right fires. No separate install is needed — the game works in a mobile browser as well as in the iOS and Android apps.

Battle rules

Walls are destructible, so cover is temporary: a couple of seconds of fire and the brickwork disappears along with your protection. Steel blocks are tougher and not every weapon gets through them. Bonuses spawn around the map — grab them on the way, they make a real difference in a short fight. After you are destroyed your tank returns within seconds, so the round runs until the timer ends or the mode objective is met.

Beginner tips

• Keep moving: a stationary tank is an easy target, especially out in the open.
• Shoot through walls to open a firing line or cut off an opponent's escape route.
• In team modes stay near your allies — two coordinated players beat four lone wolves.
• Visit the garage: new weapons and modules change how you fight more than you would expect.
