Tank64 Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the online game Tank64 (the "Game", "Service"), including the tank64.com website and the Android and iOS apps. By using the Service you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Age requirements

The Service is intended for users 13 years of age and older. EEA/UK users aged 13–15 require parental consent.

3. Account

  • Provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for your password and any activity under your account.
  • One person — one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, cheats, or exploits is prohibited.
  • You may delete your account in settings or by email to info@tank64.com.

4. Code of conduct

You must not:

  • use cheats, mods, third-party software, auto-clickers, bots, or gameplay exploits;
  • create nicknames that are offensive, racist, sexist, politically inflammatory, or abusive;
  • insult, threaten, harass, or discriminate against other players in chat;
  • impersonate other players, staff, or Tank64 partners;
  • sell, transfer, or trade accounts, in-game items, or virtual currency outside the Service;
  • spam, advertise, or post malicious links;
  • attempt unauthorized access to our servers or other users' accounts, or perform DDoS / vulnerability scanning without explicit permission;
  • violate applicable laws.

5. Enforcement

For violations we may issue warnings, temporary or permanent bans, force nickname changes, block chat access, void progress and in-game purchases. Appeals: info@tank64.com.

6. In-app purchases and virtual items

  • Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Billing.
  • Virtual items and in-game currency are a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license. They are not the player's property and have no monetary value outside the Service and cannot be redeemed for real money.
  • Refunds: as a general rule all purchases are final. Refund requests are processed under Apple App Store or Google Play policies. EEA/UK users may have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive, except where digital content has already been accessed (you confirm this at purchase).
  • We may change prices, catalog, item balance, withdraw items, and discontinue the Service.

7. User content

By submitting content (chat messages, nicknames) you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, moderate, and remove such content for the operation of the Service. You warrant that you have the right to do so and do not infringe third-party rights.

8. Intellectual property

The Game and all of its code, graphics, sounds, designs, logos, and other content are owned by Tank64 and protected by copyright and other laws. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for non-commercial purposes. Decompilation, reverse engineering, copying, and creating derivative works are prohibited except as expressly permitted by law.

9. Third-party services

The Service uses third-party components (Google, Meta, TikTok, Apple, Pusher, AWS, etc.). Their terms and policies apply additionally.

10. No warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free code, preservation of game progress on failures, or fitness for particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or USD 50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, discontinuation of the Service, or other reasons. You may delete your account at any time.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-Service or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer's jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation and, failing that, by the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer rights for EEA/UK users are preserved.
