Welcome to Tank64 (the "Game", "Application", "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how Tank64 ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use our website tank64.com, Android app (Google Play) and iOS app (App Store). By using the Service you agree to this Policy, our Terms of Service and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1. Information You Provide Directly

  • Registration data: nickname, email, password (stored bcrypt-encrypted and not accessible to us).
  • Google sign-in: Google ID, name and email if you choose Google OAuth.
  • Guest play: chosen nickname and a temporary session identifier.
  • Chat messages and reports about other players.
  • Support: contents of your messages sent to info@tank64.com.

2.2. Information Collected Automatically

  • IP address and approximate geolocation (country/region).
  • Game telemetry: movement, shots, weapons and hulls used, scores, progress, match duration.
  • Technical device data: platform (Web / Android / iOS), OS version, screen resolution, device model, system language, app version, browser type.
  • In-app purchases: SKU, amount, currency. Payment details are processed by Apple and Google; we don't receive them.

2.3. Information from Third-Party Services

  • Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 — analytics and marketing performance.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel, TikTok Pixel — ad measurement and retargeting.
  • Google Sign-In / OAuth, Google reCAPTCHA (bot protection).
  • Pusher — real-time multiplayer (WebSocket channels).
  • Apple App Store, Google Play Billing — in-app purchases.

  • Operating the Service: multiplayer, matchmaking, progress saving, rankings, chat.
  • Account management, authentication, password recovery.
  • Security: fraud/cheat/bot detection, rule enforcement, bans.
  • Analytics and product improvement.

  • Delete your account and data.
  • Restrict or object to processing.
  • Withdraw previously given consent (cookies, emails).

8. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). For EEA/UK users aged 13–15 parental consent is required. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you are a parent and believe your child provided us with data, contact info@tank64.com.

Data is processed and stored on servers in the USA. For EEA/UK users we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and equivalent safeguards.

10. Security

We use HTTPS/TLS, bcrypt password hashing, rate limiting and monitoring. No method is 100% secure.

We will update the "Last updated" date for material changes and, where appropriate, notify you in-game or by email.
